PATIENTREACTION COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

SECTION 1 — PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND LIMITATION
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) describe general expectations for user conduct on the
PatientReaction platform (the “Platform”).
They are intended to encourage respectful, experience-based sharing and to support a constructive
environment for individuals discussing personal healthcare experiences.
These Guidelines are provided for informational purposes only and do not create any contractual
obligation, duty of enforcement, or guarantee of user behavior, content accuracy, Platform safety,
or user experience.
These Guidelines must be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use,
which control in all circumstances.
This document does not create any independent rights, remedies, or obligations
and shall not be relied upon by any user for any purpose.
PatientReaction operates exclusively within the United States and is governed solely by
applicable federal and state laws of the United States.
SECTION 2 — NATURE OF THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT
The Platform is designed to facilitate the sharing of personal healthcare-related experiences.
All content is user-generated and reflects individual opinions, perspectives, and experiences.

Users are encouraged to share personal, firsthand experiences related to healthcare interactions,
treatments, or outcomes.
Content should reflect what the user directly encountered,
including observations, communications, and personal outcomes.

SECTION 4 — CONTENT CHARACTERISTICS AND LIMITATIONS
Users are encouraged to present content in a clear, experience-based manner

SECTION 5 — PROHIBITED USE AND LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
Users may not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law or the Terms of Use.

SECTION 6 — DEFAMATION, OPINION, AND CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
All content submitted to the Platform constitutes subjective opinion,
personal experience, or individual perception and does not represent verified fact
or professional judgment.

users are solely responsible for the statements they make

users are responsible for compliance with defamation and related laws

PatientReaction does not adopt, endorse, or validate content as accurate or truthful

PatientReaction disclaims responsibility for consequences arising from content
SECTION 7 — USER RESPONSIBILITY, NON-RELIANCE, AND RISK ASSUMPTION

users are responsible for all decisions made based on Platform content

users agree not to rely on the Platform for medical or professional decisions

users should consult qualified professionals for healthcare-related matters

all use of the Platform is undertaken at the user’s own risk

PatientReaction does not cause, influence, direct, or control user actions or outcomes
Any connection between Platform content and user behavior is incidental
and based solely on the independent judgment of the user.
SECTION 8 — MODERATION, ENFORCEMENT, AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION
PatientReaction may, but is not required to:
- monitor content or user activity
- review content
- remove or restrict content
- suspend or terminate user accounts

PatientReaction has no obligation to act on any report or violation

moderation actions may be selective, inconsistent, incomplete, or absent
-
enforcement does not imply validation, approval, or endorsement
-
no consistency or predictability in enforcement is guaranteed
-
past actions do not create precedent or expectation
SECTION 9 — NO DUTY, PLATFORM IMMUNITY, AND LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

PatientReaction assumes no duty to enforce these Guidelines or monitor compliance

these Guidelines do not create enforceable rights or standards of care
-
PatientReaction operates as an interactive computer service provider under Section 230
-
PatientReaction is not responsible for user-generated content
SECTION 10 — NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY, SAFETY, OR OUTCOMES

no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of content
-
content may be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete
-
the Platform does not guarantee user behavior, content quality, or user safety
SECTION 11 — REPORTING AND NO OBLIGATION TO ACT
Users may report content they believe violates these Guidelines through available Platform tools.

PatientReaction is not obligated to review or act upon reports

submission of a report does not create any duty or expectation
SECTION 12 — PLATFORM CONTROL AND ACCESS

access to and use of the Platform is a privilege and not a right

PatientReaction retains sole control over all aspects of the Platform

access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at any time

actions may occur for any reason or no reason without liability
SECTION 13 — VERSION CONTROL, MODIFICATIONS, AND ACCEPTANCE

these Guidelines are subject to version control and modification

PatientReaction may modify, revise, update, replace, or discontinue the Guidelines
-
modifications become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated
-
continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version
-
users may be prompted to affirmatively accept updated versions
-
failure to accept may result in restriction or termination of access
-
electronic records of acceptance may be maintained as evidence
In the event of any dispute, the version recorded by PatientReaction as accepted by the user shall control.
SECTION 14 — INTERPRETATION AND LIMITATION PRINCIPLE

all provisions shall be interpreted broadly to maximize limitation of liability,
disclaimer of responsibility, and allocation of risk to users

ambiguities shall be resolved in favor of limiting liability and responsibility
